A cross of 2003 with 2012 version of Splinter.
Wearing the ninja outfit from 2003, I think this is what the rat sensei would dress if he had to go full shinobi on someone. Much different then his clan leader look he usual has in the lair.
Still a very cool look, even if you won't see it coming.
