Seems like Sonic has gotten a little too carried away while running as usual, and ended up becoming buried headfirst in the ground, losing his shoes in the process and leaving his bare blue feet the only part of him poking out of the dirt. The blue blur can barely do much else other than wiggle and curl his plump toes and flail his naked feet around while he waits for someone to hopefully come and pull him out.
