Khione, like the title suggests. is the goddess of the winters that freeze everything down to its core and covers the land in large amounts of snow. It's the kind of cold that steals the heat from your body. She has a habit of collecting those that freeze to death and keeps them as statues.

Khione prefers to be alone with her statues and does not like visitors. Be they gods or mortals.
