Looks like a commanding officer of the west-roman Palatina auxiliaries.

The detail in it looks amazing.

Very good guess, very close. This one would be a leader of troops, and a rarity being Lupine Heavy infantry class. as they tend to go for Light infantry generally due to their average build being lighter than humans, but Blaine is not in anyway average

Not precisely, but there is variation among them as there are inPeople, Those north of the "limes" or coler climate ones tend to be larger. Those from hot climates tend to be smooth coated and smaller.

Very nice, I love medieval-based armor! Interesting variation from the traditional templar armor designs, I like it.

The armour is based more on Bysantine, rather than norther European designs. Also its a lot more onamented than, say Magnus' rather utilitarian suit.

Yes, I can see it's not just a copy. I think many fantasy worlds lack a well-developed relifious aspect. But a preindustrial civilization can't be thought without religion.

Would be cool to read more about that game (and to see more art of course).

Have you ever written any of the stories? I remember being fascinated by the amount of background information in your Asheru pictures, back in the Yerf days, and would really love to see more.

Some of it is written down, but in the margins of sketchbooks and some game notes, completely disorganized, but i have a fairly good idea of what's going on.
