Datastream is-- huh. Seems as if something strange happened, and instead of the form being based on Cutemon, it’s actually based off of Jellymon. How mysterious.
Despite the lack of anything close to something properly called DNA, Ben still possesses a Digimon-based form. This odd turn of events managed to occur due to Ben being close to a digital device containing a Digimon that slipped through into his world. The Digimon managed to briefly enter into the Omnitrix, which ended up leaving behind a string of data and information. Like how for Ben Prime, the Omnitrix was able to create the form of Nanomech by scanning nanites, this Ben’s Omnitrix was able to turn the leftover data into an actual Digimon-based form, resulting in Datastream.
Datastream possesses electricity-based powers, as well as a mess of tentacles that are capable of simple shifting into a variety of basic shapes. The tentacles can also stretch and reach across small distances. For Ben, this form reminds him a bit too much of Feedback, which only serves to initially bum him out a little.
Beyond that, though, Datastream is capable of turning into data and jumping into electrical devices, as well as hopping from one device to another by converting himself into electrical and radio waves. This can provide for some near instantaneous travel from one place to another. He is also capable of interacting with the data on those devices, as well as causing some... unforeseen curiosities while while doing so. Datastream may even potentially be able to slip into a variety of ‘Digital Worlds’ as well.
Datastream is also capable of summoning and manipulating data, allowing him to create weapons and constructs made out of physical data. Though it seems that he is also capable of glitching electronics as well.
Datastream is mischievous, and very prone to doing things that cause him to let out sinister chuckles and giggles. He has no issue with toying around with an opponent and putting them on edge. He is also prone to getting huffy very easily.

Oh, another Digimon form. Curious. I want to believe that Ben took the form of Data-streamer being a Digimon more akin to his personality and Ben's strong taste for electric aliens like Feedback or Buzzshock. (also for being a waifu from the latest Ghost Game series. I support it)
Examining her I think she would have the combined abilities of Feedback and Buzzshock but with a mischievous and somewhat sinister personality like Jury Rigg. She likes to have fun, bother her loved ones and also get into various devices to spy on her posts and emails, so that she immediately tells Gwen, Lucy or July the funniest thing she found, making her a bit gossip.
Speaking of teasing, Datastreamer sees it as a way to show affection so she doesn't mess with strangers and just messes with her parents, her grandfather, and most of all, Gwen, her favorite target. . (Although she has also made mischief with Crash, she does go as far as being a jerk with him and others).
She also tends to get into various games and take out of them things that she likes, especially food, which she takes out if she wants a snack and there is nothing that she likes in the kitchen. He also does it to feel the games in a more "immersive" way, but "cheating" by being able to use his Digimon abilities in the games, Gwen has claimed that the illusion of the challenge is lost but Datastreamer doesn't care, he just wants have fun and have a good time, feel over and over again that strong dose of adrenaline that passed through his body, like an electric shock. Almost the same as she felt when using Feedback. When making that comparison Ben got a little depressed, reaching the point of feeling a certain rejection for using Datastreamer, he stopped using it as much as he used Feedback and only used it if necessary.
Datastreamer also has a strong interest in humans, especially that cute boy who Pip-Slammer stole a kiss from another time. Every time he is a Datastreamer and has time before returning to normal, he spies on the posts of people who interest him in seconds and then he goes to spy on that guy from his PC. He watches him study, exercise and has also taken screenshots of him every time he takes off his shirt, which he saves in an encrypted cloud file and labeled "Darling." He tries not to let Gwen and the other girls know because he feels so sorry for him. He also annoys him a bit, enough for him to notice, but since the boy is very optimistic, he doesn't pay attention to these tricks and considers them bad luck from day to day. Which angers her and she calls him an idiot for not paying attention to her. He has also tried to give her gifts like a skateboard from a Skateboarding game but he just took it as "good luck", which made her angry as well. That boy attributed everything to karma and that's why he didn't realize it. But, Datastreamer wasn't going to give up until I noticed her.
Needless to say, Datastreamer has a bit of a rivalry with Pip-Slammer, they hate each other and talk bad about each other when Ben is in either form. Especially if it is about that boy, to whom the two have had their eye. They both want him to be his "Partner" but they are limited by the time on the stopwatch and each can barely make progress on that topic.

Datastreamer can still speak and move physical objects, he also has some telekinesis with which he can move multiple small objects at once and make the place look like it's been invaded by a poltergeist. All of this he uses as part of the act to scare the villains, people he doesn't like, and Gwen, especially Gwen. This gives Ben a certain nostalgia, like he was using Ghostfreak again, but more fun and mischievous.
