This is a commission for  nxgnetwork featuring his OCs, Valentine Bellerose Raine Torsson.

Having a fair-sized dance studio and stage in her home, Val invited Raine over for a practice session. With both of them sharing a love of dance, and needing some time to rehearse their latest moves, it seemed like a practical solution. They could work on their choreography in the privacy of Val's home... but when the stage lights come up and the duo begin their routine, there's no denying the tension in the air. Choreography might not be the only thing the pair decide to practice on that stage ~

This was a slow piece to produce - partly down to me picking up a viciously awful chest infection which put me out of action for weeks! Even still, this picture seems to have taken an extra long time to put together, and I don't know why ^^; As anyone who follows my art will know, I love my low angle shots, but I think this is the first time I've tried for a Dutch angle alongside it. I think the perspective work came together pretty well, particularly on the characters, though the background was a bit more of a struggle to get it to match. I'm not sure I'd call it perfect, but it was definitely a big leap in the right direction.
Overall, I'm really happy with the end result, plus I got to revisit Valentine whose always a pleasure to draw.
