So, I guess you could say that Francine is Bea's seeing eye dog right now. Not that she really needs much help finding her way around even without eyes; echolocation and all that. But having someone around with the ability to see doesn't hurt, and Francine DOES need someone to carry her at the moment.
(Not only was Sid responsible for Bea's missing eyes and Francine's missing body, he's also the one that planted the exploding sandwich that Sammy just tried to eat. He goes a little nuts on April Fools.)
