So I've had this character in mind for a while, but I could never get a full picture of him done, so I just got this commission from  Rook_Kawa to introduce him.

His name is Hugo. He doesn't talk much but he's still quite friendly, and he's smarter than he looks.
I just love characters with hair covering their eyes, and the artist did such a great job on making look cute.

I'll have more info on him if/when I actually get a picture of him drawn myself.
