A Parasite's Love
I'm a parasite,
I'm out of sight.
You can't see,
But I hold you dear.
You can't feel me,
But I feel you take every tear.
I'm a creature that's inside,
Something that can always hide.
You try to throw me out,
But I'm not about,
To let you toss me from my house.
I'll give you a bout,
Of fits and spasms that shake.
I ain't leaving this place,
Just gonna have to stay.
You can fall and pray,
But I'm never letting go,
I will stay here till the day you die.
Then I'll crawl from under and to the sky,
I'll leave this husk dried,
You can't touch me it's fucking useless.
You try to teach me to be like you but all it's gonna do,
Is leave you black and blue.
I can't believe you thought it true,
That a parasite could be anything pure get a clue.
You sit there now turning a black hue,
Your body gone into,
Something no one wants to do.
Now I'm off again,
Time to play another game.
Find a new husk to devour,
You are all under this power.
No one makes it out of here untainted and I've,
I've grown hungry again,
I'll eat you alive.
You're gonna know hate for I'm the bane.
See you soon in your sleep tonight cause I'm going for your brain. Rehashed a pic of mine to use since it required one for poetry which I found weird but okay lol
Also an old poem but it still fits perfectly to how I feel 8 years ago... did I even learn anything if I can still feel treated like this?
