This creature is known as the Winter Whisperer.
It is blind, but can sense the world
around it through the streams of frost it exhales.
These frost streams act as sensors,
allowing the Frost Spirit to "see" any objects or surfaces that they touch.
The creature does not need eyes to navigate or hunt in its environment,
as it relies on this unique form of perception.
It can be dangerous, as it is able to direct its frost streams towards its prey,
freezing or immobilizing them.
