Hey there,
It's amazing how motivated I can feel at one point and then when I'm faced with the exact situation I was motivating myself to handle, I just struggle. There are moments where if I'm particularly stressed about something, my whole mind just goes blank. Like, I can't think of anything. I feel super dumb whenever those moments happen, because it makes me feel like I'm not smart enough to handle anything. I'm not sure if that happens to anyone else, but it does to me.
On a more positive note, Reede may be struggling a bit here but he's channeling his inner smarts to figure out the problem laid out before him. Google is a big help, but so is checking your Fur Affinity page whenever your brain feels overloaded. The very convoluted problem present has no right to show up in any review homework, but I thought it would be funny to make a dumb question based on what I'm learning right now.
I wanted to make some more expressive faces for a challenge, and the 4th panel is probably my favorite of the bunch. I tried to make him mindlessly manipulate his face as he's thinking about what to do. It makes you think what kind of idle habits anthro animals may have when they're just being themselves. Like a dog can just start chewing his paw when nervous, something along those lines.
I also attempted a bit of perspective in the last one, but I failed and had to dull down the fish-eye effect. Maybe next time ha-ha.
Have a good one.

Hehehe just look out for this moment when you realize that there is "so" much more to learn still and you just don't know where to start. I mean, if you want to program somewhat basic websites...you should be fine but once you go deeper...oh that's when you realize that you know almost nothing. ^^' That's what happened to me at least. But you on the other paw have a school that feeds you the knowledge one spoon at a time and guides you on what to learn. I think that has quite a calming effect, to know that you'll learn all that is neccessary to do what you want to do, if you just do what they tell you. So keep at it. =)
The way the school does it's courses suits me perfectly, but the problem lies solely with me when I don't understand or get discouraged by a certain problem or topic. There's so much to learning to code I felt pretty overwhelmed the first go around.
If you're doing programming for a living, that's awesome! I'm amazed at how easy people find it to be when they get past the first hill so to speak, but oh yes I'm not gonna be able to create my own YouTube right out of college XD
Thank you! I'm doing my best, and it's still a long way to go before I become comfortable enough with all the topics I'm learning.

π spoiler alert! I don't do programming for a living. For a while I actually wished that I did because you're payed extremely well for it but I got discouraged along the way. π
Since I learned by myself, I didn't really have all that many people that I could annoy with my questions and just sitting there on my own got boring very quickly.
But it's a nice to have skill even though it might still be a very rudimentary one. It gives you a good understanding of how stuff in the digital world works and that can be very helpful in some cases. π
The first hill is easy...but as I said, then you realize that the next hill is 20 times the size of that first one and it's a very steep hill as well. π That's at least how I experienced it. But having people at your side to tackle it with one step at a time is worth a lot. This way you can encourage each other to keep going and while the hill is still steep, it's a matter of keeping at it until you reached a plateau where you can rest for a moment and look back and realize how far up you already are. Since jumping back down would be an assured death sentence at this height...there is only one way to go and that is further up. π So, keep going.

Aw man, if you're ever able to I'd highly suggest Udemy to learn any language of your choice. I was doing that for a bit with Kotlin because I want to get into mobile development.
Wanting to ask questions when faced with a task like learning programming is always a good thing, it shows you're tenacity. I'm sure if you gave it a shot again you would definitely succeed.
That's also a part of why I stopped learning by myself when I was in Junior High. I tried my paw at C# but my young un-developed brain couldn't handle it XD
I like that, one day I'll be so high up in the path of learning the only logical thing to do is to continue rather than fall XD

Don't worry about it, it wasn't actually the language that put me off, I even dabbled in multiple languages like C, C++, C#, PHP, ASP.NET, Python and Java. I just lacked an actual use for programming in my life. I might one day try to play around with an arduino and program circuits to move motors and retrieve data from sensors and stuff. That could be interesting to try. Maybe once that happens, it'll reignite that flame. ;)
I mean...the logic checks out. Falling down equals a whole lot of "Ouch" while continuing to go up equals lot's of sweating and exhaustion but at least it doesn't hurt all that much. π

That's a very cool project idea, and I hope you have tons of fun with it. Making video games has always been a goal of mine, nothing AAA quality but I have tons of ideas for such.
You have a very analytical mind, so that kind of stuff is right up your alley.
I'm always going to keep your analogy or perspective in mind, I love it and it's a perfect example of life advice βΊοΈ

Egads, that might as well be a foreign language this coding subject. I'm impressed that you find it comes naturally enough to be easy so far.
Both that funny little stress scratch and that perspective on the last panel [even if it didn't come out fish eye like you wanted] are cute! Good shape of the head too.

Hey, you know two languages very well I only know just one! That's a great skill, and here I am struggling with coding which uses English as a base ha-ha.
Aww thank you, the poses and facial expressions here were super fun to sketch out and I'm happy you found them cute π
Perspective is a topic I clash with, but in due time I'll have it down :D
