With the sounds of straining leather and tearing, the fronts of his sneakers popped open to reveal his toes that had become large and rotund, covered in orange and black fur in alternating patterns. In a second, his shoes had completely burst away to reveal large white paws speckled in the three colors, standing in the ruins of his socks and sneakers. He exclaimed in horror, realizing that whatever was going on, it was definitely not just allergies. More fur started to spread across his face and neck while his front teeth and ears grew even longer. His nose had merged with his upper lip and his cheekbones protruded out to the sides, growing more fur along them with thinner individual hairs that looked like the beginnings of whiskers.
