milkyway is a subspecies of pokemon that create and manage the galaxies they are named for. every star within the milkyway galaxy is reflected upon their body. when a star dies, it doesn't simply disappear from their hide- it is forcibly expelled from their body as waste in the form of a galactic vomit. the waste itself evaporates shortly after and does not harm milkyway at all, at most it is an annoying annual inconvenience
