Phew, I'm on an art-roll here! 8o

So my sudden interests has lately gone into the side of Crash Bandicoot. While I was enjoying my time and surfing the web, Argo came on and we had a little chit-chat. It turns out that just his own existence managed to give me an idea of a game with him and Borusa on an epic adventure in the style of Crash Bandicoot and Super Mario Bros.

Ohhh, if only some games were returned back to what they were....

This even more based on Crash Bandicoot, so in a way or another, you both are equal, but still have different powers to overcome each other based on one's weakness (i.e.: If you are slow, you are powerful, if Borusa is weak, he is fast.)

This is rather relative since, kaijusaurs tend to be Lightning Bruisers given their size and strength relative to humans, but Borusa is the tougher one and I'm the faster one if you're comparing us to other things our size. *laughs*

But still, oh if I could create the levels, gameplay, physics, graphics, gain some help, voice-actors, etc.....Damn. This game could be a great best-seller, if only done right and if only served well like the platformers back in the days.

This took a bit time, I do admit that. I tried to challenge myself by finishing this before midnight, but I was late by 16 minutes (I had difficulties with coming up a logo, until this one popped on my mind). Still, few hours well spent.

*sigh* If only I could design the game......My propable favourite might be "The Staircase", as seen in the third island in this picture (moving upwards like a corcscrew into the force-fielded dome) - I can already imagine what hellish traps and difficulty I'll put into the stage~ *rubs my hands together*

If only. Game development looks so easy on paper yet it is a long process tech-wise. Even the original Super Mario Bros. was a long process back in the day despite its simple mechanics, but you know that already.

One thing is sure, though: If this game has death-scenes/animations, then they'll be the level of Crash Bandicoot's/Super Mario's. Which means: despite painful, still humoristic.

Yeah. Nothing like Limbo or Heart of Darkness, "where watching little boys die is a fact!". Despite Mario, Sonic, Spyro and Crash end up dying in ways that could be considered downright brutal, theybare reminiscent of cartoon hijinx.

you know...if i was actually decent at making organic 3D models of dragon anthros etc etc and texturing and low poly modeling i would soo abuse the power of 3DRad right now!
