This is the concept for a secondary character of Tina of the South that may not appear in the actual storyline. But could be used if we ever want to do anything else with the setting after the main story ends.

Basicaly a shamaness of one of the local tribes that may have something to do with Sitala. She is supposed to be a californian king snake.
