These are some more certified Vaporeon moments.
EDIT: The sketches that these originally were blew up on DeviantArt, so I turned them all into one big finished drawing. This is Cass! (Short for Caspian.) I had a vision of a goth Vaporeon with the head fin drooping down over one of his eyes like hair, and it just went on from there. I have to admit... he's definitely the most oh-no-he's-hot thing I've drawn in ages.
EDIT 28/12/23: I fixed a shading error on the rightmost hand that was bothering me for all these months. 🥲
