The Omnitrix has long since fully integrated itself into Ben’s very body, becoming what can basically be considered a second skin of sorts. For Ben, the Omnitrix feels as natural as anything. The Omnitrix extends beyond just a glove by this point, and into a full on bodysuit that protects and covers Ben’s body.
Through their own control over the Omnitrix and their own body, Ben is capable of shifting 'modes’ with the bodysuit, allowing it to go dormant to give a more ‘natural’ appearance.
Due to the Omnitrix causing a shift Ben’s body’s chemical and hormonal makeup all those years ago, it had resulted in Ben becoming more and more feminine over time. After a certain point, this culminated in Ben ending up as fully female. However, Ben discovered that through their own mastery of the Omnitrix and their own body, they were able to shift themself between female and male whenever they desired. This has resulted in a Ben who is very comfortable and fluid with how they present themself.
The concept of the Omnitrix transforming the user into the prime, peak version of the species they become is also something that bled over into Ben’s normal human self. Prolonged exposure to the Omnitrix has resulted in Ben possessing peak human physical health and capabilities.
At some point in Ben’s earlier years, the AI of the Omnitrix managed to develop into its own separate entity, who Ben named Trixie. Due to Ben being the one the Omnitrix was bonded to, Trixie’s appearance and mannerisms tended to mimic that of Ben’s, though Trixie could be a bit more childish and mischievous. The two were able to freely communicate to each other in Ben’s mind. Trixie could also manifest itself into the real world, though had to be a certain distance around Ben to do this.
