This is Grenja (pronounced gren-ya), and she is the deity of chaos, madness, and mayhem, she is heavily inspired by Lord Sheogorath of the Elder Scrolls series.
She was originally a mortal Alternarian, who was turned by unknown means in the early 3000s, yet her deity form has always existed, as the laws time cannot contain her, so because she would eventually come to be, she would always be there, I don't know if I'm describing that properly.
