My own redesign and depiction of General Snively from STH.
Put a slightly more cantankerous & psychotic spin on him. With a few modifications to him and his uniform, such as the goggles & a shrapnel Mohawk in place of what little hair he has left over from the stress of working with + being 2nd fiddle to Robotnik, up until when he takes over the Eggman Empire in Robotnik's absence [as per the events of the TV series + former Archie canon]. Snively happens to be x1 of those few human/overlanders whom I'd yet to do anything new with. The viewpoint being to him much more disingenuous, highly manipulative & immensly untrustable & dis-likable.
More than just a villain, also made him into a bit of him a smoker & a drinker.
