Probably taken back to her father where she's being traumatized by what they did to her the first time which caused her to run away. I'm guessing the fear and stress will only make her fall more inward mentally causing her to be more baby not less which will piss off the family causing a feedback loop. Though to be fair one should only attack one disaster at a time. So while unfortunate as it is we need to fully stabilize Debbie before we go retrieve Saffy. Sides I don't think Saffy is in life threatening danger at the moment if that were the case then logically the bounty on her would be dead or alive.

Debbie really fucked up, she couldn't have just watched saffy for a few hours without putting her in some serious danger, she knew saffy's brain was messed up due to the hypno machine, and now she's almost dead
