A fairly labour intensive hors d'oeuvre. Made with a potato crepe base, thinly sliced slivers of smoked salmon, creme fraiche and black fish caviar, and a dill sprig garnish.

You seen to put up quite a few of these. While I would NEVER tell a chef (or anyone else) that cooking is not an art... why so many so quickly? The other night you posted over half a dozen of these. Are you going to be doing recipies or...? I are confuzzled.

In case you missed in from my main page; I'm a culinary art student. Everything my team and I produce each night, I take a picture of and post here (among other places) ASAP. Because I'm taking two lab classes, with a menu of about 6-7 dishes a piece, I post about a dozen pics a week. Even more in the near future, which I'll be posting a journal about here soon...
