A fairly labour intensive hors d'oeuvre. Made with a potato crepe base, thinly sliced slivers of smoked salmon, creme fraiche and black fish caviar, and a dill sprig garnish.

In case you missed in from my main page; I'm a culinary art student. Everything my team and I produce each night, I take a picture of and post here (among other places) ASAP.
