All my humanoid characters basically wear shorts, but in the past there have been characters of mine that have worn full-length pants.
In the ToonThick universe characters once wore pants, then started wearing shorts instead. Dookie is one of those characters!
Dookie used to get around in tight pants, that eventually got too tight. Once he put shorts on Dookie felt more free, and has never looked back!
