This is Dallas Fulgura. The newest (and "most awesome", as he'd say) member of the spaztastic Team Berserka. While most of Berserka is made of Juniors, lil frosh Dallas has seemed to prove his worth. With somewhat of a Napoleonic Complex, this pichu always shoots for the bigger and better - but, dear lord, dont call him a pichu. Somehow the bugger has convinced himself that he's just a midget raichu ( "that's my story and i'm stickin' to it~!" ).

Forcing himself to be the best at everything, he just strives to be noticed and not get looked over...literally.

(btw, thats actually a candy cig. he choked last time he tried to smoke for real. but it 'looks really cool', so he had to keep the illusion up.)
