She's been putting it off long enough, but now Vayryn must face her greatest challenge yet: Texting her mom. But really, how do you even broach the subject without coming across as a total crazy person? Still, I think she took it well. Hopefully, if this happened to me in real life, my mom would be at least this understanding. She's usually better than Vayryn's about the trans stuff, though she does forget sometimes. Corwyn is definitely being a true friend here. Yep, just a friend. Speaking of friends, Vayryn is going to have to put some work into maintaining her friendships with her Dungeons and Dragons fellows. Probably going to have to tell them the truth of what's going on, sooner rather than later. Whether you want it to or not, something like this is going to change every friendship you have.
Good thing she's got a nice evening planned with a good friend, totally just a friend, totally isn't wanting it to be anything more. People always go out of their way to preen extra thoroughly when meeting friends, right? Go the extra mile to make their fur nice and soft, even though there's totally no way he's going to touch it? Yeah, absolutely. Normal friend stuff. She'll be fine, and not at all embarrassing to herself.
...Might want to avoid the clams, keep a clear head...

ive never played dungeons & dragons but i kinda wonder if i wuld like playin it someday, as long as i played it with the right ppl.
i take soapy baths just to prepare for stuff like goin to the mall or goin to a doctors appointment, so i can relate to vayryn takin a bath to prepare for a nice dinner!
