This is something typically seen on a day-to-day with Aelrok. Someone was successful in a hunt. or Perhaps an ambush. Its not something you can get away with in the other Territories, But in Aelrok regions its seen on the regular.
A rule of thumb; never be alone when there are Aelrok nearby, and if you happen to be in their territories, wear spiky armor and make it yourself dangerous. A locked door or two might help but, Maybe wear the armor to bed too.
