Needed something as some kind'a platform for the layers of layers if different colors I draw and then messed up with different effects on Photoshop. I just had to try out my new program :P I also added water for a cool effect :)

The...''things'' that hangs from the symbol was to sharply drawn to soften up afterwards... which explains the lines around the whole thing Also why the lines around it glowes so much is because there's like 4 layers of sketchy tiny lines I draw back and fourth. And the more of those, the more glowies ^^
There's some brush in Photoshop you can swing back and fourth the screen which makes some knid'a blur effect... it's adjustable. I also added some blur to the total image ^^ Which messed up with the ''xmas-symbol tree'' but I used ''sharp'' to make it work... I'm still learning
