It's interesting that one of the things Connor dislikes about Marcan is his drinking, yet he (Connor) himself seems to be relying more on the bottle now. And kindness in Marcan's tone? I can't believe for a second that he's sincere about that; I wouldn't be surprised at all if it's just a front for getting his own way in pushing Connor to abandon Ciara.
