How'd one earn said bruise? I get mine at work all the time

i hit and smeared my leg against opposing car door when getting out of said car, which is very low to the ground so I sort of fell onto the Hit from trying to gain balance!

If you want it to disperse semi quick. Get a cold spoon and rub it in clockwise circles for about two minutes every day.
It'll help with any residual swelling and will make it go away faster

ouu thank you! the bruise is now just a stain on my skin after a month of healing but i do still have some residual bumps ive been wanting to speed up the healing process on!

Oh, I should also state the spoon has to be cold. So ensure it's a large or medium metal that's been in the fridge (NOT the freezer) for a minimum of 4 hours.
And only two minutes a day.
I learned this during first aid with boxing treatments and skin care. To much cold can cause the metal to stick, and even at low temps cold for to long can damage nerves. So please
little chill, for a little time.
