A Chinese dragon doing what he does best, controlling the waters of the ocean :3 Traditionally, Chinese dragons should have legs, but I couldn't find a good way to add them, so I left them out.

This is also my first time doing anything with a water effect, so don't beat me if it sucks too bad.
