I'm having some problems connecting to my current fursonas. They seem to be more like characters I based off of aspects of myself which I guess IS a fursona but... idk... I'm having trouble connecting. they seem more like mascots, or a heart on my sleeve.

I've gone through some huge changes and events in life recently that have really kind of... changed me as a person and I feel like I need to turn a new leaf and kind of get a new personal start... or something... i dunno. But I feel like I made some very big decisions and that I've grown as a person; maybe grown out of my old fursonas?? but I can't change them because they'll always be a part of me as they are. they're a history I can't change and don't want to change nor do I want to get rid of them.

Thinking about it, I just noticed how I didn't feel that my fursona animals actually resembled me. I definitely would not be a blue fox with black hair and blue eyes if it had been for my personality and appearance. so, I thought about it and the animal that's always kind of spoke to me has been this cutie; the blue fox with brown hair and brown eyes.

My hair has always been brunette and my eyes has always been brown, I'm of Russian heritage and personality wise I'm pretty docile, I just want to be loved :^)

I think I'm gonna go with Misha as my new main fursona! I also redesigned her as well.

I don't know what I'm doing with this new ref yet. I don't know if I'm going to try and switch fursonas and just make my current characters kind of like... idk mascots?? WHO KNOWS. I have no ideaaa but I'll probably commission some art of her soon to see how she feels for me!
