Omni-Mare is Ben’s pony-inspired form.
Omni-Mare possesses extremely strong magical capability. However, due to Ben himself not really understanding anything about magic, or even having used it, he initially has trouble figuring out how to use it. In fact, at first, he didn’t even realize the magical skills of the form. At least, until he started singing.
As it turned out, the form also seemed to come with the innate desire to sing, and while singing, it allowed Ben to concentrate and utilize his magical powers to influence his surroundings, from a variety of magical attacks, to being able to repair or heal damage. Perhaps with time and practice, though, he could potentially figure out how to use these magical powers properly without the need to sing.
Omni-Mare also possessed the ability to utilize his magic to mimic the various skills and capabilities from his arsenal of alien forms. By giving a quick stomp with his back hoof, it would cause the Omnitrix symbol on his flank to cycle through and select one of his unlocked aliens to temporarily instill him with the essence of that form. However, this did require concentration on Omni-Mare’s part to keep his magic going.
Omni-Mare was also naturally pretty quick with some powerful kicks!

I was hoping to learn the lore this form, and I'm not disappointed.
Omni-Mare is also a strong form, but at Monstrous levels. She not only has massive magical powers but can also channel the abilities of other alien forms, making her a very versatile form. His only flaw would be that Ben is not very smart and this influences Omni-Mare.
Speculating a bit I think that Omni-Mare is very friendly and curious, looking for everyone to get along and believing that there can be peace and harmony between humanity and the other races in the stars. It is this desire that ignites the brightness of her soul and allows her to express her magic. Although she doesn't know it yet.
I also speculate that Omni-Mare is very good at reading and learning, devouring three books at a time and assimilating knowledge from her in minutes, but this knowledge is gone when Ben returns to normal.
In the end, if Onmi-Mare had no time limit, she could learn and improve continuously, becoming one of the most powerful magical beings in her universe and virtually invincible. She achieving such great merits and feats that allow her to transcend and ascend, becoming an Alicorn, a ruler and protector of the defenseless against great magical threats.
Arriving, perhaps, to be the opposite of what Queen B wanted, a ruler but instead of conquest and power, Omni-Mare would only want to be there to guide the humans of the world towards definitive harmony, to a world of peace like the one that Go in that cartoon of Ponies. Something curious happens with that cartoon, when she sees it on TV the Pony feels a strong squeeze on her chest. She loves her family and her friends, she likes humans but she feels something is missing. That's something she notices when she sees those happy ponies playing, singing and having colorful adventures on the screen. She is nostalgic for that fictional world and wants to be friends with other ponies of her species. Omni-Mare doesn't want to admit it, but she wants to see that world with her own eyes, that place that she feels is calling her, she wants to go to Equestria. Wait a minute, how did she know the name of that land?
Needless to say, Queen B and Omni-Mare don't like each other. One with a great genius but little empathy and another with little initial intelligence but a big heart. I don't want to imagine what would happen if they did meet.
