Yeah, I got this vibe as well. The ram said "Also, since it's dark and there are no lights here, you may need to bring this torch with you and keep it."

Also, it's a completely dark street. There's really no lights to illuminate the street and to be able to see things on this street, you require a flashlight. Sanny (the boy in the green hat) then pointed the flashlight to a sign that leads to a place called Jasmine Park, which used to be a relaxing place, but now it is actually a really dangerous place to visit!
