Named after the Iron Maiden song I was listening to, when the image came to mind. I seriously debated, whether to make the shading on Shamon soft, like in the Aesiri pic, wondering if the wind-swept hair and such combined with the muted gradient would make him look too feminine or what-have. In the end, though, it came down to "I did the background one way, it's best to have the foreground and character the OTHER way."
This is actually the first pic I've digitally colored with the new monitor, and I'm happy that for once I'm uploading something that has the colors I THINK it has, on it! Huzzah!

I sort of picked it up, when I did the whole "Nouveau" pair of pics, and since then, I've been having fun with it. Other pics I border with assorted things, depending on what I think will go with the pic at the time. Sometimes a mere rectangle will do, others....well, you get stuff like this :)
