Here is an old request by MightyMorphinPower4 this DA Member has been responsible for reminding of some old cartoons and spur some of my drawings. This was a very old one. From the old Tiny Toons show the evil Dr. Gene Splicer has captured by Shirley the Loon and will be putting her under his mental domination.
