Because I wanted to draw a pokemon XD

I have no idea what move/power/whatever it's supposed to be using. I know next to nothing about pokemon. XD Messing with some wacky colour painting-type-thing. XP

Yeah I know it's kind of boring looking...but I'm in kind of an art block....I have dozens of ideas...but just can't bring myself to draw anything. XD
