Ridley Zeoteh whose pool toy character, Rescue, has been part of an experiment to pump him full of a thick, oozing slime instead of his usual air filling. As a result, his body has bloated and swollen out into an impressive set of powerful muscles, and with all that goo filling him instead of just air, he's much stronger too. Though, I'm not sure how well he'll float any more..?
