Good news: you're now able to hold your breath for up to 11 minutes 12 seconds. Also, your massive fat bulk makes you super-cuddly.
Bad news: you're going to have to buy all new clothes and replace all the doors in your house with extra-wide double doors. Oh, and if you're not big on being really fat, you're going to have to get used to it, because "extremely obese" by most anthro standards is a healthy weight for an orca anthro.
