Brigadier General Vilulu of the Serion Homeworld Retrieval Squadron, in charge of collecting the stolen artifact from space pirate Kalulu and overall badass. He holds little value to his troops in comparison to his more important staff (all three of them versus a count of 200 men). Like most important Lapiths, he has four ears instead of two, which makes him higher up the tier than a majority of the population (as four-eared Lapiths are a rare lot) and more of the reason for his position than his actual ability to commandeer an entire army. Fortunately, Vilulu does have the smarts to back up his tyrannical rule, but tends to be far too ambitious in his pursuits for his own good.

His weapons include Glaali-powered artifacts, including a laser sword and energy-discharging gauntlets on his secondary ears.

I'm still iffy on that helmet, design-wise. :I But I do love his gauntlets.
