This is a more updated look than when Gryphon was first conceptualized (years ago), but her design, like many others, are always constantly apt to change. The inspiration in this case was to make her more battle-worn, like something off a Final Fantasy series, where the character has been traveling and battling through the most powerful and dangerous beasts of the world. Its also loosely based off a concept sketch of her human form, but I think it could still be improved somehow. Either way, it suffices as a reference for the moment.
