Introducing a third piece made using Deluxe Paint for the Amiga, featuring my Concorde Aeromorph AU-SSTA.
Just in case there's anyone new to seeing my pixel art; this was made using Deluxe Paint III (1988) for the Amiga line of computers, with an emulated stock Amiga 500 (1987). This piece like my other two features a palette of 16 colours and has been converted from .IFF to .PNG and up-scaled by a factor of two.
Compared to the previous two my plan with this one was to use as much canvas space as possible for a more dynamic pose, alongside the humorous thought of likely being the first one to draw an Aeromorph with Amiga based art software, additionally I haven't even seen Aeromorph pixel art from what I remember, no doubt this is my most niche piece yet because of all this haha.
The sixteen colour limitation was definitely a factor in how this piece looks as I had to share quite a few of the shadow colours for anti-aliasing along her line-art, that ended up being a factor in why her shadow colours are lighter than I'd have liked considering they're used for that purpose as well as shadows, and changing them later on meant the anti-aliasing gets ruined (long story short, colours in the palette when altered also change instantly on the canvas, since a canvas pixel is simply linked to a number in the palette index rather than having it's own data).
I'll stop there before I make the description too long haha, I'm sure most looking at my work are more interested in hot anthro plane booba than technical stuff, but hey my words are there for those who want it.

Absolutely stunning. You really show off her droop snoot's magnificance. The anatomy is tasteful and even has the subtle nuances in the shape that emphasises softness, which is impressive given the low resolution.
By far the most impressive thing is the shiny reflections and shading. Only 16 colours yet you could pull off an effect that really makes the laser grid pop, with its warm glow illuminating the fine details of her airframe's contours.
Whatever witchcraft you're doing, don't stop. This is amazing.

Glad you like haha, I wanted her snoot to have prominence in the piece with it's long, pointed aesthetic, also glad to hear the anatomy is tasteful.
Additionally glad to hear that her shininess comes off well too haha, her palette is quite de-saturated so a bright saturated pink contrasts her quite a bit against a darker background.
Also don't worry I won't, it's fun doing these Deluxe Paint III pieces haha.
