The jaguar is the totem animal of strength - being sure footed and confident. This commission was made for my cousin to represent part of his spiritual journey. It's 1 of 4 animals in his collection (snake, jaguar, eagle, hummingbird). It was a treat to collect the rocks and pebbles from my family's land to use in this. :D
Jaguar is made of wire, paperclay, and epoxy clay, with glass eyes, and painted with acrylics. Base is wood with pebbles, epoxy clay, and clear epoxy resin. 10" long.
