Rem in stampede died for no reason. She only died because she didn't want to get into the escape pod. When in the 98 she actually saved the humans and that's the start of the issues. Then it goes to camera pasting and story telling. The orginal's still far better and even when Vash was being silly you could still tell he had everything under control.
