Carlito's Pokemon oc Neve if she were to evolve into a Weavile.
i really liked her design and character, she's witty, cunning, and has a bit of an attitude, but if you're honest she could be a very good friend.
couldn't find a way or place to incorporate the black parts of her hair from the original design without looking off, so i had to leave it out unfortunately.
