Quick paint I did after I saw Zootopia the first time. I decided that I'd be a newt in the Zootopia universe! (A newt who dreams of being a dragon) Arriving from Canewtda.
"But reptiles/amphibians/birds aren't in Zootopia!" is a response I often get to this artwork, which yes I know. But I wanted to explore that maybe, JUST MAYBE, we only saw a sliver of that animal world.

Newts are amphibians... Birds and reptiles may be sapient we don't know... But amphibians are closer to fish and we know fish are not sapient in Zootopia's world... Not looking good for your Newt... but i am not in charge so there is a chance that birds, reptiles and amphibians may be sapient... I for one hope that all 3 are not sapient... It would make Zootopia unique... But that's me... Time will tell... Good luck to you and your O.C.
