Sometimes crawling through someone's digestive tract to diagnose a problem can be quick and painless. Sometimes it requires cutting something out and some stitching. Other times, it goes a lot further than the stomach.

But when you're the size of an ant crawling through... 30+ feet of stomach and told the pain is at the -end- of it, it can be a hard choice between proper medicinal treatment, or vorish pleasure with added eventual treatment...

Though, going through the mouth, it's probably a good time to have a nap, or muse to one self. Either way it's more pleasant. It's not like you could feel something so small going through you, right? Maybe...
