The realization of being nothing more than a gummy blob is initially quite a difficult situation for Acai to understand. The lack of hands in particular makes things a bit tougher than they were when she was Woodrow.

Dewford himself was actually amazed at seeing how much awareness Acai had in terms of seeing and recognizing herself in a mirror. Her ability to do so only proved to showcase to him how intelligent she was. He didn’t quite understand what she was thinking as she stared at herself, though.

It also came to a bit of an embarrassing surprise when Dewford got her an incredibly cute bed. Clearly her new ‘father’ was getting a little too into the idea of having a daughter. Though she figured she was thankful that she didn’t end up with some box of some kind to sleep in.

It’s also important to remember that you must always make sure that your gummy slime is clean. A gentle wash in a tub full of shallow water is all you need to clean your gummy slime after a long day!

Acai discovers an increased love of fruits. She didn’t really understand why, but her body responded best to fruits, as well as some vegetables and nuts. She also had an intense sweet tooth.

Though Acai greatly misses her old life as Woodrow, as well as having a physical, human body, the fact that she has Dewford to take care of her and treat her as his own child helps mitigate some of the pressure. She didn’t like having to be so dependent on someone else, but she was at least glad she wasn’t being treated as some kind of mindless test subject or pet.
