Feirla's spiritual appearance is Barn Owl and as a tribute to memory, I used the color and also added an leather necklace with bird feathers.
Previously, I did not show her drawings and that is the reason. White is quite sensitive about his mother, he did not get to know her personally, but through the memories of others, he was able to touch her Spirit. I asked him if I could portray Feirla as Javine and he said that I captured her spirit pretty well. She was very brave, sometimes reckless, but with a warm heart and love for the world around her. White cherishes the memories of her.
I also thought about the color of Feirla, in the original story, of course, like all selidars, she is snow-white with a golden color of the flight feathers on the inside - but in the taiga forest in the summer the white color will be like a thorn - so I went with the idea that Feirla, like Torstein with Jerald, might have had a seasonal change of color, tawny in summer and almost entirely white in winter.
