The planetary defense fleet has arrived just months after the secure of Thordonian occupation on Pride Ring.

They have all amassed above one of the larger collections of Thordonian service facilities, making the final preparations before they are spread out and indefinitely placed in permanent orbital patrol around Pride Ring. They will serve as Pride Ring's second to last line of offensive measures against space based threats, the sword for the orbital planetary defense grid shield. Although nothing compared to the size of the great Thordonian armadas that crusade across intergalactic space, this fleet will be sufficient to hold off most stray enemy forces that manage to get past the much larger stellar scale defensive fleet that surrounds the entire star system of Hell.

Of course, Hell's Pride Ring has been host to numerous battlecruisers and siegecarriers since the beginning of occupation, but they were always assigned in too few numbers to supply a planetary scale defense fleet. Prior to this stage, they only served to provide supporting actions for the domination of the rings of Hell. It was only now that the empire decided that it was time to commit more external resources into Hell's occupation, especially with the approaching civil threat of the annual Extermination.
