So I've been reading up on the Undead Unluck manga, and though it'd be funny to imagine Jei & Kei as Negators. Enjoy the fun one-off moment of me nerding out with my fur OCs. I highly recommend the manga to anyone that likes stories & power systems like One Piece or My Hero.
Negator Ability: Unequal
External-Targeting; Compulsory Activation Type
Kei's "Unequal" negates an external objects "equality" and forces that object, or person, into a state of inequality when touched by him. This can range from a smooth ball's shape being forced into a warped state of un-uniformity; to the "Unequal" ability causing disorder within the molecular structure of an object to cause it to turn brittle and break. When used on an organic creature his ability will likely cause the person's limbs to deform and break their bones.
Multiple conditions must be met for "Unequal" to activate properly, and the results will vary depending on Kei's interpretation of the touched object's "equality."
1. Kei needs to consciously acknowledge what part of the object or person he views as "equal" while in direct contact with the object/person.
2. Kei's physical contact with the external entity cannot be interrupted. If interrupted, the "Unequal" ability is cancelled (but previous "damage" is not reverted).
3. Unequal does not discriminate on its usage or the results achieved, and can easily result in damage to the user or comrades if activated improperly.
4. "Unequal" cannot activate on an object that Kei acknowledges as disorderly and not uniform.
Since "Unequal" is an abstract ability, it makes for a difficult ability to weaponize in a fight. However with Kei's creativity and intuition, even the difficult-to-use Unequal ability can have its uses.
An example of using the "Unequal" ability is by touching the wall, and acknowledging the uniform & flat construction of the wall. "Unequal" will then activate onto the wall and cause it to crack and break. Prolonged exposure to "Unequal" will eventually lead to the entire wall crumbling to dust.
