Devil's Growl:
When this statue hears the sadness, suffering and cries of children, It spits out diamonds of all shapes, sizes and colors. This is the Shadowkan Empire's main scorce of income, they got to have a lot of money to make all these Mutants and Robots right? So this could be where they get it.
